Well it started out as a rainy day. What exactly do you do with a two year old that was promised she would get to go out and play in the morning if she was a good girl and then you wake up... and it's pouring down rain? With my daughter, you just go play in the rain.

We still managed to have fun, in fact I think my daughter had a blast! She was so excited to get to use her "rainbrella."

Sometimes it's hard to make the best of something, to get the most out of a situation. As a mom... and a photographer, my success depends on my ability to see the best in a situation on a day to day basis.
