Sometimes in life we need to follow the leader, times when we are learning and figuring out the world around us. Children are a perfect example of this. As important as it is to recognize there are times when we need to follow, taking the initiative and leading can expand that knowledge we have learned from following into something else. It's almost like an evolution of learning. We all get inspiration from somewhere, from everywhere... from everything we have seen and are going to see in the future. It is unavoidable to see that we have all followed and that is how the world has gotten to where it is today. It's when we stop and take everything we have learned from following the leader and learning from their experiences and turn it into a new creation based upon all the unique experiences we have had in life that things change and evolve further.
